Microsoft Outlook becomes popular email client that is used by Windows user. You can get this software when you buy Microsoft Office Package or buy Windows Operating System Software. Except Microsoft Outlook there are some good email clients that you can get by free.
Eudora (Sponsored Mode)
Eudora is a classic, powerful, flexible and efficient email client that cans spam precisely, too, and shows nary a weakness. Using free version will display ads on your email client program.
Foxmail
Foxmail is a nice email client with lots of great features that match or exceed Thunderbird’s, and it’s also very easy to use. This program comes from China If after installing, the program comes up in Chinese, and all you have to do is delete the file chinese.lgb in the installation folder.
IncrediMail
IncrediMail is a fun and easy to use email client that adds spice to the messages you send while protecting you from spam, phishing and fraud attempts in a convenient manner. Unfortunately, IncrediMail lacks some productivity features if you have to deal with large amounts of mail.

If your account is gmail, yahoo, or hotmail then you just need to enter your ID and password. Opera Mail will setup the rest (incoming server, outgoing server, etc) automatically. In other words you need to setup incoming and outgoing server if your email not in gmail, yahoo, or hotmail. This condition will save your time.

Pegasus Mail is one of the old most powerful and secure free email clients for Windows user. Pegasus Mail has served millions of users since it was released in 1990. It is extremely feature-rich and powerful, yet remains small and fast.
SeaMonkey Mail
SeaMonkey is all-in-one internet application suit (Internet browser, email & newsgroup client with an included web feed reader, HTML editor, IRC chat and web development tools) This email feature of course like Thunderbird because SeaMonkey also develop by Mozilla.
Thunderbird
Thunderbird is powerfull free email client that support POP3, IMAP, and can be used as RSS Reader. You can setup multiple accounts and store each account on different folder. Thunderbird gives gmail option when you setup account. With this function you just need to enter your gmail ID and password then Thunderbird will do the rest. You can also make your Thunderbird more powerful by adding some addon like calendar.
yMail
yMail is a standalone email client which can also be used as a spam cleaner for your existing email setup. It simple email clients with strong spam filter. This program can’t open or display attachments automatically. It also won’t render HTML emails. You need to click a special link to open HTML message in your default browser.
