Google has been added new feature on homepage that is called Change background image. For some people who love Google because the simple design this feature is useless. Maybe you don’t want to see this feature and let Google homepage clean. As of now, there is no direct way to remove background image feature – however, you can explore following workarounds.
Use Google SSL
Search by using Google SSL instead normal Google search homepage and you will not see change background image option. Google SSL is more secure version of Google search. In Google SSL all search keywords sent from your computer to Google server are encrypted and cannot be intercepted by any third party in the middle.
Use Browser that isn’t support Google Background Image
Until this posting has been publish, this feature was not implemented in all major browser. Use Opera or Safari on Windows and you will not see change background image option.
